2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vidix to create, upload, or distribute:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Fraud, phishing, or scams
• Illegal transactions or activities
• Evasion of law enforcement
• Cyberattacks or hacking tools
• Money laundering or financial crimes

2.2 Adult / NSFW Content

• Explicit sexual content or pornography
• Nudity or sexually suggestive imagery
• Fetish or adult-oriented content

2.3 Child Safety

• Any sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of minors
• Content depicting or encouraging harm to children
• Grooming or predatory behavior
• Zero tolerance. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

2.4 Non-Consensual Deepfakes

• Deepfakes of real persons without consent
• Celebrity impersonation for deceptive purposes
• Revenge porn or intimate imagery without consent
• Portrayal of individuals in false or damaging contexts

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyrighted characters, artwork, or content without authorization
• Trademarks or branded materials for deceptive purposes
• Unauthorized use of protected likenesses

2.6 Misinformation & Harmful Content

• False medical, legal, or financial advice
• Misleading political content intended to deceive
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation

3. Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual review systems. Prompts, uploads, and outputs may be analyzed for policy compliance. We reserve the right to:

• Reject generation requests that violate this policy
• Remove generated content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts with repeated violations

4. Violation Consequences

• ◇Warning: First minor violation
• ◇Temporary suspension: Repeated or serious violations
• ◇Permanent ban: Severe violations (CSAM, illegal content)
• ◇Refund denial: Violations forfeit refund eligibility

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The prompts you submit
• Any images or content you upload
• How you use generated outputs
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

6. Reporting & Appeals

To report violations or appeal account actions:

Include: description of violation, relevant URLs or screenshots, and your account email if appealing.

7. Updates

We may update this policy as needed. Continued use of Vidix after changes constitutes acceptance.
