Provide and improve our AI generation services
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Store and display your generated content

3. Third-Party Services

Authentication: Supabase (Google OAuth)

Database: Supabase PostgreSQL

Storage: Cloudflare R2

AI Models: APIMart, Replicate, fal.ai, OpenAI, Luma AI

Payments: Creem.io

Analytics: Google Analytics (optional)

4. AI Processing

When you generate content, your prompts and any uploaded images are sent to third-party AI model providers (listed above) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they process AI inputs.

Important: Your prompts and uploads are transmitted to AI providers. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

5. Data Retention

◇Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon request
◇Generation records: Retained indefinitely unless you delete them
◇Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
◇Support communications: Retained for 2 years
◇Logs: Retained for 90 days

Delete your content and account (free of charge)
Modify your account information
Export your generation history

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
