Vidix is an AI video and image generation platform that aggregates multiple AI models including Sora, VEO, Kling, Flux, and others. Users purchase credits to generate AI content through our platform.

2. Account

You must register an account to use our services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate account information

3. Credits System

Our platform uses a credit-based billing system:

• Credits never expire — your balance remains indefinitely
• Transparent pricing — cost displayed before each generation
• Auto-refund on failure — credits returned if generation fails

Credits are consumed at generation time. Refunds are processed automatically for technical failures.

4. Subscriptions

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire
• No prorated refunds for partial billing periods

5. Refund Policy

Our full refund policy is available at Refund Policy. Key points: refunds within 7 days of purchase for unused credits; failed generations are automatically refunded.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Illegal activities, fraud, or scams
• Generating adult/NSFW content
• Content involving minors in sexual contexts (zero tolerance)
• Non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats

7. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The prompts you submit to our platform
• Any images or content you upload
• How you use the AI-generated outputs
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Vidix does not claim ownership of your generated content, but you must ensure your use does not violate others' rights.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. You acknowledge that:

• Generations may fail due to technical issues — credits are auto-refunded
• Queue times may vary based on demand
• Some models may be temporarily unavailable
• Maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in abusive behavior toward the service or other users
• Attempt to circumvent payment or credit systems
• Generate content that violates applicable laws

Suspended accounts forfeit refund eligibility.

10. Intellectual Property

Content you generate belongs to you. Paid subscribers receive commercial usage rights. Free tier users may use generated content for personal purposes only.

11. Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors or artifacts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
